• We offer a 30 day return period on unworn and unopened garments. Thin underwear should be worn underneath your purchase when trying it on for size for the first time.
• Upon receipt of your garment(s), a refund will be issued.
• A £5.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Processing timeframes may vary; please allow up to ten business days for your order to arrive after posting.
• We suggest sending your return/s with tracking so that you know when your parcel has arrived with us.
• Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.

What do they feel like when I wear them?

They should feel very comfortable, smooth and snug! The panty contains multi-layer compression material to hold things securely, so they are slightly thicker than normal shapewear to help smooth you out completely.

Should I size down when ordering?

No, we have sized the underwear down already for a snug hold. We do advise you measure accurately with a tape measure rather than rely on the size of other underwear you may wear. (See MEASUREMENTS section of this product listing for more details).

Do I wear these under normal underwear?

No, they work perfectly well on their own, but you can wear normal underwear on top if you wish.

Do I need to tape when wearing these?

No, these work without any additional taping.

They're machine washable at 30 degrees. Do not iron the elastic waistband. Wash similar colours together.
