How will my order be packaged? I want it to be discreet.
Our panties are dispatched in plain grey plastic mailer envelopes showing your name and address and our sender name and address (showing only as 'E. CARRUTHERS').
There are no 'Lovelytuck' names or logos appearing on the envelope or the return address which will identify our shop as the sender. For overseas orders, please note that we must attach a C22 Customs sticker detailing the specific item, customs tariff code and cost, and we write 'COTTON BRIEFS' as a description.
Inside the envelope, we wrap the panties in tissue paper to protect them and secure this with a sticker bearing our 'Lovelytuck' logo.
Do you do custom sizes?
We have several sizes on our listings, but if you don't see your size or it's out of stock, please contact us and we'll advise if we can create a custom order for you. Our listed sizes range from 24-44 inches, but we can do sizes larger than 40 inches on request.
How do I measure myself?
When measuring we recommend that you measure yourself accurately with a measuring tape, rather than going by clothing such as trouser size.
- Measure your waist in the conventional way, approx 1 inch (2.5 cm) BELOW your belly button, keeping the tape comfortably tight to your body. We cut the waistbands slightly smaller than your measurement to keep things snug, but there's a considerable amount of stretch in the elastic waistband for between sizes.
- Choose the SMALLEST size closest to your measurement, e.g. if you measure 33.5", we recommend choosing a 32", not a 34". See also the measuring guide photo in each listing.
How to I look after my panties?
We recommend machine washing at 30 degrees. Tumble drying is not recommended due to the risk of damaging the elastic in the waistband. The cotton panty part can be ironed at a medium setting but do not iron the elastic waistband to avoid damage.
I've measured myself as you describe but I'm still unsure of the sizing
It's essential your underwear fits perfectly if you're going to get the best tucking results, so we strongly advise you buy only one panty the first time you order to confirm that the fit is good before buying multiples. We realise that it's a bit of a gamble the first time so we'll happily replace your first order for free (note we replace one panty only, not your whole order if you order several) with a new size if it doesn't fit perfectly. THE BASICS
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out over the following business day (Monday – Friday).
AFTER HOURS
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm GMT), on Sundays or on holidays.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All UK orders are posted first class, so you cannot track this service.
If you are overseas, you'll receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at XXX@XXX.com
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you'd like to change your order, please email XXX@XXX.com with your order details as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to help.
Once an order has already been shipped we are unable to make any changes. Read our returns policy
DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES FOR MY ORDER?
European buyers: Please remember that post Brexit, import charges now apply to purchases from our shop. You may be liable to pay extra charges up to 20% on top of the actual price (visible on the C22 customs form we must fix to the package), along with any other taxes or courier administration fees, which can significantly increase the cost of your purchases. These charges don't appear in our shop prices.
US and overseas: Please remember that your purchases, particularly if you buy multiple items at the same time, may attract import duties which don't appear on our shop prices.
