Production + Dispatch

At LovelyTuck, every piece is handmade with care. We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

 

Production and processing time

All orders are made and packed by hand.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Usually we are able to process orders well within this time, but during busy periods this may extend slightly. We’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.

 

Shipping delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Check our Shipping Charges page for a guide on pricing.

Typical delivery times:

• UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of World: 7–21 business days

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, using trackable services where possible for European and other overseas orders.

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable). Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
