At LovelyTuck, every piece is handmade with care. We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.
Processing Time
All orders are made and packed by hand.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
Usually we are able to process orders well within this time, but during busy periods or product launches, this may extend slightly. We’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Typical delivery times:

UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–21 business days
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, using trackable services where possible for European and other overseas orders.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. LovelyTuck cannot control or predict these charges.
US tariffs: Our prices (viewable to checkout) are adjusted to include all US tariffs so if you are a US customer you will not incur any additional or unexpected customs/tariff charges on receiving your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable). Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@lovelytuck.com and we’ll help you track it down.
We’re not responsible for postal delays, postal service actions or incorrect addresses entered at checkout, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
